If you are in the process of purchasing a home either a primary home or vacation home ask your Realtor these two questions: how long has it been listed and has the seller reduced the price.
If a home has been listed for more than six months and the price has not changed then the seller may be unreasonable or priced too high.

Homes that are sold as a foreclosure....not always the best way to go.

If  you are thinking of purchasing a bank foreclosure type property it may not always be in your best interest.  Often the previous owner neglected regular maintenance and ignored necessary repairs because a bank foreclosure was eminent.
Every home sold today should be inspected by a licensed home inspector of that specific state where the home is located.
