Just wanted to share with you that Realtors work much harder behind the scenes than what most people know about.
We just don't open houses up to show to buyers.
The majority of the time we are solving problems that come up with regards to inspections, appraisals and mortgage issues on behalf of the clients.
Purchasing real estate is an emotional experience for most people. After all, there is a ton of money associated with this transaction.

When a Realtor puts a house up for sale there is a great deal of work involved:
staging, marketing, helping the owners prepare for the showings and the majority of the showings are on weekends.

Please respect your Realtor and be loyal to that person because there is much more to a person's job than what you first see from the outside looking in.
