I just met with a home owner that is selling without the assistance of a realtor.
My buyers are in agreement with the price the seller wants and we have a signed contract.
Between now and closing day there are many tasks ahead yet to be resolved.
A realtor brings experience and knowledge working through all the challenges today in lending, appraisals and inspections.
The seller is very happy that I can get this transaction to the closing table.
