Today, I met a new buyer that arrived the night before from Minnesota to purchase a vacation home near the beach. We looked at many homes all very unique from each other.
The best feature of these homes is the "location"...all in walking distance to the beach.
Tomorrow afternoon we are meeting at my office to prepare an offer of purchase.
