For the past two weeks I've searching for a new home for myself.
I have looked at five homes and each one has something special to offer but have yet to find
a home that meets all my needs. Since I'm also a licensed full time realtor and a buyer this experience has rejuvenated my level of understanding when I too show homes to my clients.
Since I only have myself to talk to when I look at a property a check list works best.
Then I sleep on it. The next morning over coffee I review my notes.
All I can say is that the search continues.
