Selling your home

If you are selling your home there are a few items to keep in mind.
Pack up all of your family photos. When I'm showing homes to potential buyers family photos are distracting their attention from the more important issues: such as square footage, storage etc.
Give your bathrooms a deep clean. If the caulking around the tub is not sparkling white then remove the old caulking and put in new. If necessary hire a handyman to do this. The same applies to grout between tiles. If the home is more than ten years of age you might have to repair the grout.
Don't overlook the kitchen in terms of a deep clean too. The oven folks included. Buyers look in the oven. Yes, they do.
Buyers have many homes to select from right now. Your home may not have all the latest upgrades but, you can score more points if the home smells good and is very clean and decluttered.
